I do not use “stretch-magic” because its life span is too short… the elastic dies in a few months to a couple of years at best. I like to use good quality jewelry wire for my work, as that will last many years if a little care is taken. I do use leather cord also on some of my more traditional necklaces
and amulets, but that will also last with care and a little mink oil.
